The Guide is a digital PDF document containing health, nutrition, and fitness information for adults 60 and older. It is delivered electronically after successful payment.

2. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to the Guide. You may:

• Read and use the Guide for your own personal benefit
• Print one copy for personal use
• Save it on your own devices

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Guide
• Share copies with others
• Modify or create derivative works
• Use the Guide for commercial purposes

All intellectual property rights in the Guide remain with us.

3. Payment and Delivery

The price is shown in US dollars at checkout. Payment is processed by NOWPayments in cryptocurrency. Conversion rates are determined by NOWPayments at the time of invoice creation. Delivery is electronic — a download link is provided after payment confirmation, and a backup copy is emailed to you if you provided an email address. 4. Refunds
