We want you to be satisfied with the Active Aging Guide. If you are not, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.

Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date for any reason.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@olderwell.xyz with:

• Your order number (from your receipt or NOWPayments confirmation)
• The email address you used at checkout (if any)
• The cryptocurrency wallet address where you would like to receive the refund
• Optional: a sentence on why you'd like a refund — your feedback helps us improve.

You do not need to return or delete the PDF, though we appreciate it if you do.

Processing Time and Method

Because payments are made in cryptocurrency, refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency you paid with, sent to a wallet address you provide. The refund amount equals the original USD price of the Guide, converted at the cryptocurrency exchange rate at the time of refund (this rate may differ from the rate at the time of purchase, so the received crypto amount may be slightly higher or lower than what you originally sent).

Network fees for the refund transaction may be deducted from the refunded amount. Refunds are typically initiated within 5 business days of your request; blockchain confirmation times vary by network.

After 30 Days

We generally do not offer refunds after 30 days. Exceptions may be made for technical issues — for example, a corrupted file or an undelivered Guide. Contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Disputes

Cryptocurrency payments are non-reversible by design — there is no bank or card issuer chargeback mechanism. If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us first at support@olderwell.xyz. We aim to resolve all genuine issues within the refund window.
